Hello. Thank you for visiting my ePortfolio.
I'm a professor and program coordinator of Minnesota State, Mankato's unique Master of Science in Experiential Education program.

My professional mission is to promote reflective, authentic leadership and experience-based learning through example, teaching, scholarship, and encouragement.
In 2019, I relocated with the MS in Experiential Education to the Dept. of Recreation, Parks, & Leisure Services. Previously, I taught and advised for several years at the Master and Doctorate levels and coordinated both the MS in Experiential Education and the MS in Educational Leadership in the Dept. of Educational Leadership at MSU.

The span of my career includes employment with summer camps, church camps, challenge course companies, adventure and wilderness tripping programs, nature centers, campgrounds, outdoor environmental education centers, and horse programs in Texas, Colorado, Kentucky, and Michigan.
